Tomer Etinger
I enrolled in the Department of Industrial Design at the Holon Institute of Technology in 2017 to acquire diverse tools and capabilities essential for developing products that address genuine global needs. Over the past two years, my focus has been on creating digital and smart products tailored for individuals with special needs.
In collaboration with Amit Fisher, I co-founded EyeCan Tech, established in 2022 with support from the Israel Paralympic Committee. At EyeCan Tech, I led the way in product development and design.
We are dedicated to making sports activities accessible to the visually impaired and individuals lacking spatial orientation. Our smart and wearable product incorporates innovative technologies, enabling independent participation in sports activities. The product, complemented by a mobile app, aims to boost motivation for sports and enhance users' self-confidence and independence.
Beyond design, I am a passionate music lover with 18 years of experience playing the guitar. I actively perform live and dedicate my spare time to teaching guitar.
